The challenge
A multi-country organisation was running HR on spreadsheets and email chains. Leave balances, timesheets and travel approvals lived in different places, every office had its own process, and month-end reporting was a manual exercise.
What we built
We designed a single HR platform with configurable policies per country, so each office keeps its own rules on one shared system.
Approvals that used to travel by email became routed workflows with delegation, reminders and a full audit trail.
Timesheets connect to projects, so funders’ reports come straight from the data rather than being rebuilt by hand.
